How do I stop an email/SMS that has been scheduled to be sent to a client?

This article will outline how to archive/cancel a pending or repeating marketing campaign from sending once it has been scheduled.

Emails Created in the Current Editor

Go to MarketingCampaign List

If you want to stop a scheduled campaign, filter the Campaign Status to Scheduled.

If you want to stop a repeating campaign, filter the Campaign Type to Repeating Email or Repeating SMS.

Click the campaign you wish to stop, then click Yes, Stop it.

Once stopped, the campaign returns to Draft status, where it can be edited or deleted.


Emails Created in the Old Editor

Go to Marketing > Campaign History and use the filters at the top of the screen to find the scheduled message.

A repeat/recurring message will be listed as Repeating.

And a scheduled message that hasn't been sent yet, but is scheduled to send at some point in the future, will be listed as Pending.

To stop the message from sending, single-click it then click the Archive button.
