How do I remove an appointment?

This article outlines how to cancel or delete an appointment from the Appointments screen.

Select the appointment you wish to remove and click the Remove button.

Select one of these options from the pop-up window that appears: 

  • Delete: This deletes the appointment directly.
  • Cancel appointment: This removes the appointment as a client cancellation. When you select the option you're prompted to enter a cancellation reason and Confirm cancellation.

If the appointment is part of a course, series, or a repeating appointment, a prompt will appear asking whether to cancel just this appointment or all future appointments in the series.


Appointment Already Paid?

If the appointment has already been paid, you will first need to undo the sale before you can remove the appointment.

Go to ManagerSales > Select the sale and click the Void or Undo button.

If a deposit was paid for the appointment through PhorestPay, it is automatically refunded along with any other PhorestPay payments for the appointment.
