How do I get notes to appear on an Appointment?

This article explains how you can get your service and colour notes to appear on the appointment screen to view them easily without having to click into the appointment.

What Does it Look Like?

When the setting is enabled, current appointment notes will appear immediately on screen directly on the Appointments calendar, meaning you don't need to click into an appointment to view the notes.

Only Current appointment notes are displayed, and general Client notes do not appear.


Enabling the Setting

To turn this setting on, go to Manager > Settings > Point Of Sale, then enable the Show Notes on Calendar setting and click Save to finish.
