How do I set up pop up prompts for services?

This article will outline how you can trigger a custom prompt to appear for a selected service.

If you have a message prompt that you would like to appear for a particular service either when creating the appointment, checking in or paying, here is a step by step guide on how to create them:

Go to Manager > Services

Single-click on the service you wish to add a prompt to

Click Advanced, add the prompts you need into the Prompts options, then click Save.

If your business has multiple locations, you will need to click on the Branches tab after selecting a service and then click on the name of the branch where you wish to add the service prompt before you can view the Prompts section in the Advanced screen.
