This guide will show you how to enable a setting that will display a client's notes and/or appointment notes when you check them in for their appointment.

What the Pop-up Looks Like
Enable the Setting via the Client Card
Go to Clients, search for the client, then double-click to open their Client Card.
Once you're in their Client Card, click the Add Prompts button > Check the boxes to your preference, then click Save to finish.
Notes will then be displayed automatically for this client for any future appointments at Check In.
Enable the Setting via an Existing Appointment
Double-click on the client's appointment, then click More > Add Prompt. Check the options to your preference, then Close the appointment.
Notes will then be displayed automatically for this client for any future appointments at Check In.
