How do I process a refund on PhorestGo?

This article shows how to process a refund on PhorestGo.

If you are refunding an appointment and would also like to return the appointment to an incomplete/unpaid state, this needs to be done in Phorest on a computer. Click here for more info.

To open the menu, tap the Menu  icon > Purchase.

Select New purchase.

Next, find the client's name or create a new one. Then, tap Add Item. You can add a product, service, course, voucher, open sale, or custom fee.

 

Once added, tap the Morebutton > Choose the Refund service option.

 

 

The item will now be processed as a refund. If you are refunding multiple items, repeat this process until all items are added to the sale.

Tap Collect payment > Tap Charge -#
