This article will discuss TreatCard points being awarded to clients whenever they purchase a Course/Series.
By default, clients are not awarded TreatCard points for Course/Series purchases.
To change this, go to Marketing > TreatCard > Settings, then check the box beside Receive Points for Courses/Series and click Save changes.
Clients will now receive points when they purchase a Course/Series.
The points awarded at the time the Course/Series is purchased will be based on the number of points you award for money spent on Services (found under Marketing > TreatCard).
Do Clients Get Points When Redeeming a Session?
No, clients do not get points for each session redeemed. With the above setting enabled, clients will only get points when they purchase a Course/Series.
