How does a client redeem a Treatcard Treat/reward?

Booking the Treatcard reward is one of the most important parts of the Phorest system when it comes to maximizing the potential return you can make. The following steps show you the process Phorest recommends you take to get the most from the system.

Redeeming a Treat on Phorest Desktop

Redeeming a Service Treat

When a client has accumulated enough points to redeem a Treat, the Treatcard button in the Appointment details pane shows the number of available treats for the client.

Click the Treatcard button to view the Client Points Balance and a list of Treats available to them. To book a treat, select it.

Once booked, the appointment will show that it is a TreatCard reward.

Points are deducted from the client's Treatcard once the appointment is booked. Points will be automatically returned to the client if the appointment is cancelled/deleted.

After a client has finished their treat appointment, select the appointment and click the Pay button to check them out. The treat reward will be listed at a price of 0.00 and will include (Treat) in the description.

To complete the appointment, click the Pay button on the Purchase screen. If there are other items on the client's bill that are not free, choose a payment method, then click Complete Payment.


Redeeming a Product Treat

Product treats can be redeemed from the Purchase screen. If the client has enough points, the Treatcard button appears, displaying the current number of redeemable treats. Click the button to view the available rewards.


Redeeming a Treat on PhorestGo

If the client has enough points to redeem a Treat, the TreatCard button will be displayed on the Service Category screen when you go to book them in for an appointment.

Tap it to see a list of redeemable Treats, then tap a Treat to book the client in.

Note: It is not currently possible to redeem product treats on the PhorestGo app.
