This article will show you how you can use Phorest to track the usage of professional/backbar inventory by stylists and therapists in appointments.

Go to the Purchase screen and click the Professional button.
Scan the product, and you'll receive a prompt asking if you would like to deduct the product from your inventory/stock. Select Yes, then enter the quantity you want to deduce from your inventory.
If you don't have a barcode scanner, you can click the Select button instead to manually search for and select a product from your inventory list.
How do I deduct professional products using PhorestGo?
In PhorestGo open the lefthand menu and select Purchase.
On the Purchase screen select Deduct Professional Stock.
Point the camera at a barcode to scan, or click the magnifying glass icon to search your product inventory for the item to deduct.
Once you've found your item, type the number in the quantity field that you want to deduct by and select Deduct.
Select Close on the Confirmation screen.
Reporting on Your Product Usage
You can use the Product Usage report or the Product Usage Details report to monitor the usage of professional products.
