This article outlines how to archive/delete a product from your active inventory list.
Head to Manager > Stock/Inventory > Search for the product you need to delete.
Once you find the product, click the checkbox to the left of the product to select it, then click Archive to remove the product from your active inventory.
It is not currently possible to permanently delete a product from your Phorest system entirely. As the product is linked to multiple other system areas (e.g., client product history, product reports, etc.), permanently deleting a product would cause issues elsewhere.
