How do I remove a product?

This article outlines how to archive/delete a product from your active inventory list.

Archiving a Product

Go to Manager > Stock/Inventory > Search for the product you need to delete.

Once you find the product, click the checkbox to the left of it to select it, then click Archive to remove it from your active inventory.

It is not currently possible to permanently delete a product from your Phorest system entirely. As the product is linked to multiple other system areas (e.g., client product history, product reports, etc.), permanently deleting a product would cause issues elsewhere.

Restoring an Archived Product

If you wish to restore a product that you have previously archived, check the Archived only box to view a list of all currently archived products.

To restore, check the box beside the product(s), then click Unarchive.
