This report shows the total amount of revenue from voucher and gift card sales in a given time period.
Where to find this Report
This report can be found under Manager > Reports > Additional Reports > Vouchers/Gift Cards
The report will display vouchers sold and added between the selected dates when generating the report.
Sections Explained
Total Vouchers/Gift Cards Sold and Top Up
This shows the total number (#) and total monetary amount of gift cards/vouchers sold or topped up during the selected dates.
Total Vouchers Manually Added
This shows the total number (#) and total monetary amount of gift cards/vouchers added manually during the selected dates.
List of Transactions
This is a list of each voucher/gift card in the report, broken down individually by serial number, date sold/topped-up/added, client name, transaction amount, and the remaining voucher/gift card balance.
The Remaining balance is the balance of the voucher/gift card after the sale/addition/top-up. Typically, this will be equal to the transaction amount, except in the event of a top-up. If a top-up occurred, then the Remaining balance will be the voucher/gift card total after topping up.
