This article shows how to sell a course or series to a client, using their account for either full or partial payment.
Go to the Purchase screen > Enter the client's details and select a staff member.
Then, click the Courses button and select a course. Click the Pay button.
If a client wants to pay 100 today and 200 another day, click the calculator next to the payment method called Account and enter 200. Then, click another payment method, such as Cash, to pay the 100 today.
Click Complete Payment.
The client's Outstanding Balance is displayed in the Purchase screen when you enter their details.
To pay off all or some of the remaining balance, click the Outstanding Balance button. Then enter an amount and click Ok.
Click Pay > Select a Payment method > Click Complete Payment.
Note: If you enter an amount over the total outstanding balance amount it'll be credited to the client's account. Learn more about adding credit to a client's account.
