How do I let clients leave notes when booking online?

This article will show you how you can let your clients leave a note on their appointment when making a booking online.

Enabling Notes in Online Booking

Go to Manager > Settings > Online > Booking Rules

Change the Show Notes setting to Yes, and then click Save.

This enables a comment box at the final booking confirmation screen, where your clients can leave a comment on their appointment.
