When a client books an appointment online or cancels an appointment online, you will receive an email notification to let you know of the booking confirmation or cancellation.
Notifications can only be sent to one email address, not multiple. If you need these notifications sent to multiple email addresses, we suggest setting up an auto-forwarding rule in the email service you use.
