When a client books an appointment online or cancels an appointment online, you will receive an email notification to let you know of the booking confirmation or cancellation.

While you cannot change this email yourself, our Support team can change it for you.
To get the email changed, log a ticket to our Support team in your Phorest system by going to Contact Support > Contact > Get in Touch.
The notifications can only be sent to one email address, and not multiple. If you need these notifications sent to multiple email addresses, we would suggest you set up an auto-forwarding rule within the email service that you use.
