This article will show you how to block/stop a staff member from accessing Phorest Go on their mobile (tablet/smartphone) device if they have had access before.
Go to Manager > Staff Members, and single-click on the name of the staff member to open their Staff Profile.
Once you are in the staff member's profile, there are two options to choose from that will result in the staff member losing access to Phorest Go on their mobile device.
Option 1 - Remove the staff member's Email address.
Delete the existing email address from the Email field on the staff member's profile, then click Save. This will remove the staff member's access entirely from Phorest Go.
Note: Once you've changed the staff member's email, Phorest Go will automatically log the staff member out as soon as they go to do something on the app.
Option 2 - Change the staff member's Password
At the bottom of the Staff Profile, you will see a Password field. Edit the password to something the staff member wouldn't know (you don't need to remember the password either), then click Save. The staff member will be prompted to log back into their Phorest Go app, and won't be able to as they don't know the password.
Note: Once you've changed the staff member's password, Phorest Go will automatically log the staff member out as soon as they go to do something on the app.
