This article shows how to give clients a treatment or product free of charge.
Once you click Pay for a specific appointment in the calendar and proceed to the Purchase screen, you can apply a full price discount for a service or product.
Click the value under the Discount column.
In the calculator window that appears, select the format of the discount you're applying.
If you selected PERCENTAGE, make sure you enter 100. If you selected AMOUNT, enter the exact price value > Click Ok.
You can turn on the Apply to all toggle if you want to apply the discount to all the items listed in the Purchase screen.
You can now proceed to pay the service or product as normal.
