How do I stop a scheduled report that is being sent to a staff member?

This article will show you how to view and stop the reports the scheduled/recurring reports that are being sent to a particular email address.

Go to Manager > Reports > Additional Reports > Report History

In the Report History screen, use the filters at the top of the screen to set the State to Recurring. This will display all of the reports that are currently scheduled to be sent out to someone via email.

To stop the report, single-click it and click the Delete button at the bottom of the screen.

You cannot edit scheduled reports once they have been set up. Instead, you will need to delete the recurring report from the report history and set up the scheduled report again by following. Click here for a guide on how to schedule a recurring report.
