How do I stop a scheduled report that is being sent to a staff member?

This article will show you how to view and stop the scheduled/recurring reports that are being sent to a particular email address.

Go to Manager > Reports > Additional Reports > History

On the Recent Report History screen, use the status filter at the top to filter to Recurring. This will display all reports currently scheduled to be sent to someone via email.

To stop the report, select the checkbox next to the report, click Delete, and then click Yes when prompted to confirm the deletion.

The report will no longer be sent to this person by email.

You cannot edit scheduled reports once they have been set up. Instead, you will need to delete the recurring report from the report history and set up the scheduled report again. Click here for a guide on how to schedule a recurring report.
