This article will show you how you can view an audit trail of changes to the quantity levels of a product.
Go to Manager > Inventory/Stock > Double-click on a product to edit it > Product Record.
Here you'll each event that resulted in a change to the quantity of that product in your inventory, including:
- Date - The date and time that each change happened.
- Change - Whether the change was adding or subtracting to the product quantity.
- Current - The number of this product that you currently have.
- Details - The action that occurred that resulted in the change.
Trailing Changes
If you want to view a full audit trail of events for a particular product, including changes to the name, barcode, price etc., go to the Basic tab and click Trail.
