How do I process a 'Walk In' sale?

When a client does not wish to give their personal details.

A 'Walk In' sale is performed when a client enters the business to purchase a product, service or voucher and does not wish to give their details. 

Please note, if you process a client as a Walk In to purchase a Service, this will not create an appointment on the Appointment screen. Appointments require client details (First Name, Last Name, Mobile No and/or email address). A workaround for this would be to create a client called Walk In and use this for these types of appointments. 

To perform a 'Walk-in' Sale, go to the Purchase screen (as shown in point 1. below) and click the Walk in option at the top right-hand corner of the screen (2.).



This will enter the clients first name as Walk in (as shown in point 1. below).

You will then be prompted to enter the name of the staff member performing the sale (2.).



Finally, choose the items you wish to sell in the transaction, and process the sale as normal.
