How do I process a walk-in sale?

When a client does not wish to give their personal details.

A walk-in sale is when a client comes in to buy a product, service, or voucher without an appointment and does not wish to give their details. 

Walk-in sales for services do not generate calendar appointments. This is because creating a regular appointment requires entering client details, such as first name, last name, mobile number, and email address. 

For a walk-in sale, go to the Purchase screen and click the Walk in button.

Once you select a staff member, the client's first name will default to "Walk in".

Finally, select the requested items for the transaction and process the sale as usual.
