This article will show you how to add a treatment or product as a Hot Key, making it super quick and easy to access on the Purchase screen at the point of sale.

Adding a Service as a Hot Key
Go to Manager > Services, and single-click on the name of the service you would like to add as a Hot Key.
Go to Advanced, then set the Create Hotkey to Yes, and click Save to finish.
Note: If you have multiple locations in Phorest, you will need to click the Branches tab, then click into the name of the branch where you would like to create your Hot Key, and then click Advanced.
Adding a Product as a Hot Key
Go to Manager > Stock/Inventory, then search for and click on a product to edit it.
Next, enable the Hot Key option, and then click Save changes to finish.
Using a Hot Key in a Sale
Once you've added a Service or Product as a Hot Key, you will be able to quickly add it to a sale in the Purchase screen under the Hot Keys button.
