Go to Manager > Settings > Online > Services Menu.

Click and drag the dotted area beside the Service Category name to rearrange it to your preference

Where is it Updated?
This will update the order of your services or service categories on both your Online Booking page and your Appointments & Purchase screens within Phorest.

Typically, updates to your service menu order are reflected instantly; however, if they do not update instantly, you can refresh Phorest to force them to update — press Ctrl + R on Windows or Command (⌘) + R on Mac.
Why Are My Categories Not Showing in the Right Order?
If your service categories aren’t showing in the order you set, it might be because they’re grouped by their Online category.
On your online booking menu, categories are automatically grouped in this fixed order:
Hair > Beauty > Holistic > Aesthetic > Gym > Special Offer
No matter how you reorder them in Phorest, categories will always appear within their group, and groups will always follow the order above.
For example, a Hair category will always show above a Beauty category, even if you place it below one in your settings.
This setup keeps similar services together, making it easier for clients to browse your online booking menu.
To change a category’s Online category: Go to Manager > Categories > Service Category, click the category name, then use the Online category dropdown.
The groupings are based on the headers in the Online category dropdown menu.
