This guide will show you how to report the number of times your clients request specific staff members when making a booking.

Number and Percentage of Overall Requests
To view the overall number of requests, go to Manager > Reports, then open the Staff Performance dashboard under Insights.
You'll see a pie chart showing new client requests, existing client requests, and appointments without a specific staff request ("Non Requests").
Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to view requests by a specific date, staff member, staff category, staff name, etc.
You can hover over each pie chart section to see the total requests and their percentage of your overall bookings.
Additionally, click a pie chart section to 'drill in' and see more details, including client names, appointment dates, staff names, service names, and total sales prices.
Requests Per Staff Member
To view the number of requests for each staff member, go to Manager > Reports, and open the Performance Detail report under the Staff Reports folder.
Here, you'll see a breakdown of requests per staff member. You can also click a number in the report to 'drill in' and see more details, including client names, appointment dates, service names, and total sales prices.
Other Available Reports
You can also use the Staff report, which is found under Manager > Reports > Staff > PERFORMANCE (STATS) > Requests, to view the number of New Client and Existing Client requests per staff member.
