This dashboard is available, free of charge, to all Phorest clients in North America. If you are partnered with Davines and do not currently see this report in your Phorest system, please get in touch.

What is the Davines Dashboard?
The Davines x Phorest partnership introduces a new dashboard to help salons track and improve performance in key areas. The dashboard is built around Davines’ standards and focuses on retail results, service quality, and booking benchmarks.
With this dashboard, you can see practical insights that support day-to-day decisions. It helps you monitor sell-through, client retention, treatment uptake, and staff productivity, and highlights opportunities to grow.
The dashboard also lets you compare results against Davines’ benchmarks, making it easier to understand how you’re performing, spot gaps, and stay consistent with industry best practice.
Accessing the Dashboard
To access the dashboard, go to Manager > Reports and choose Davines from the Partner Reports section.

Reporting Explained
On the dashboard, Purple tiles represent all Phorest x Davines salons, Green tiles represent Phorest salons managed by your Davines representative, and Blue tiles show your salon’s results. Below the tiles, you'll see a staff leaderboard for each metric.
| Avg Retail Ticket: | Average Retail Per Client. Calculated by dividing total retail sales by the number of client transactions. Example: Retail $50,000 ÷ 10,000 transactions = $5 per client. |
| Avg Service Ticket: | Average Service Per Client. Calculated by dividing total service sales by the number of client transactions. |
| Color %: | Percentage of hair service transactions that include a color service. Example: 100 out of 200 hair service clients received colour, which is 50%. |
| Upsell: | The percentage of service clients who also purchased retail. Example: Alex serviced 100 guests; 50 purchased retail, which is 50%. |
| Rebooking Rate: | The average percentage of clients who rebook a future appointment. |
Downloading/Exporting the Data
To download the dashboard, click the three dots in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Download.
The recommended download format for the Davines dashboard is PDF, as it provides a single file that displays the entire dashboard in one view.
If you choose to download in CSV format, you’ll receive a ZIP file containing each table as a separate CSV file.
Scheduling a Dashboard Email Delivery
You can schedule the dashboard to be emailed to you, your team, or your Davines representative on a recurring basis.
To do this, click the three dots in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Schedule delivery.
