This guide will show you how to enable your clients to buy memberships online.

Enabling a Membership Online
To sell a Membership online, go to Manager > Memberships, and click on the membership to edit it.
If you haven't created the Membership yet, click here for a guide on how to add one.
Next, toggle the Membership can be purchased online setting on.
If you want the Membership to display a different name online, you can enter an Online name.
Then, give your Membership an Online description, choose whether the Membership can be cancelled online, and click Save to finish.
You can come back and adjust all of these settings later if you need to.
Selling a Membership Online
Once at least one Membership is available online, your Online Booking homepage will display a Buy a membership button where clients can purchase any Memberships you have made available online.
Each of your Memberships will be displayed with a brief summary of details.
Clicking More Details shows clients a detailed breakdown of the Membership based on your settings, plus an option to purchase it.
Notification of Online Membership Purchase
When a client purchases a membership online, you will receive an email notification with the purchase details.
Viewing & Cancelling a Membership Online
Clients can view their Membership details online by going to My account > My Memberships.
If you enable online cancellation in a Membership's settings, clients can cancel online. Otherwise, they must call to cancel.
Can Clients Book Membership Benefits Online?
Currently, it is not possible for a client to use their Membership benefits when booking online or making purchases from your Online Store. When viewing a Membership online, your clients are prompted to Call to Book.
