How can clients view and cancel their Memberships online?

This guide will show you how your clients can view details of their current Memberships online and in your Branded App, and how they can cancel a Membership.

This feature is rolling out and will be available soon. It may be limited to certain Phorest subscriptions. We will notify you when it's fully released.

Clients can view their Membership details online by going to My account > My Memberships.

If you enable online cancellation in a Membership's settings, clients can cancel online. Otherwise, they must call to cancel.
