How do I see what version of Phorest I am currently on?

This article will show you how you can tell which version of Phorest you are currently using, as well as which version of Windows or MacOS you are on.

Phorest Desktop

To see which version of Phorest Desktop you are using, go to the Manager screen in Phorest.

You will see the version number in the bottom right of the screen.

Phorest 10

Phorest 10 is the latest upgraded version of Phorest. To confirm whether you are using Phorest 10 or not, please refer to the screenshots below and compare them to what you see in your Phorest system on your computer.

If you would like to begin using Phorest 10, click the Try New Appointments button on your Phorest Appointments screen.

PhorestGo

To see what version of PhorestGo you are using, swipe in from the left of the screen to open the sidebar, then scroll to the bottom of the sidebar menu to see the version.

Windows

Windows 11 / 10 Windows 8.1 Windows 7

1. Go to Start mceclip0.png Settings System About

Click to Open 'About' Settings

2. Go to Device specifications > System type > Check to see if you're running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows.

3. Under Windows specifications, check which edition and version of Windows your device is running.


Apple MacOS

Click the Apple menu  icon in the top left corner of your screen > Click About This Mac.

A menu similar to the image below will appear, and the macOS name and version number will be listed as highlighted below. Phorest 10 is the latest upgraded version of Phorest. To determine if you are using Phorest 10, please refer to the screenshots below to confirm the version you are using.Phorest 10
