'Module APPT Expired' error message

The Module APPT Expired error happens when the license key associated with the computer you're using has been deactivated.

To fix this error, you'll need access to Phorest on another computer, and you'll need to know the name of the license key associated with the computer experiencing the error.

You can see the license key name in the top left corner of Phorest, directly under your account number.

If you don't have access to Phorest on another computer, get in touch with us here and let us know the name of the license key. Our Support team can reactivate it for you.


Reactivating the License Key

Once you have the license key name, open Phorest on another computer and go to ManagerAccess & License Keys License Keys

Toggle to the Inactive keys > Click the license key > Reactivate.
