This article will show you how you can offer curbside pick-up in your Online Store.
Note: This feature is currently not available in Canada or the UAE.

Enabling In-Store Pick-up
Go to Manager > Online Store > Settings.
Under the How will you fulfil orders? dropdown, select either Pick-up only if you don't want to offer shipping, or Ship & Pick-up if you want to offer both shipping and pick-up.
Once enabled, add your Pick-up Location information, as well as Pick-up Instructions for your clients.
The Pick-up Instructions will be displayed at Checkout, and on order notification emails. Make sure to include information on when and how clients can collect their products, along with store opening hours and any other information you would like to include.
Click Save to finish.
How it Looks for your Clients
When your clients reach the Checkout screen in your Online Store, they'll see a Pick-up option under Delivery Method.
If Pick-up is chosen, your Pick-up Location and Instructions will be displayed.
Pick-up instructions are also displayed on the final order confirmation page once payment is completed.
Once the order is placed, your client will receive an Order confirmed email:
Preparing an Order Pick-up
Once an order has been made, it will be listed under Manager > Online Store > Orders as an Unfulfilled order with a Delivery Method of Pick-up.
To mark an order as ready for collection, click the Order Number > Change the Order status to Ready for pick-up > Click Continue to notify your client.

After you mark an order as Ready for pick-up, your client will receive an email notification (example below) to let them know.
Once your client comes to collect their order, go to Manager > Online Store > Orders > Single-click their order number, then mark the Order status as Complete.
The order will then be updated with a note to say it was picked-up by the client.
