What notifications are sent when a client purchases a product in my Online Store?

This article will give you an example of the emails you and your client will receive after a product is purchased from your Online Store.

After a client buys a product in your Online Store, you and your client will receive an email confirmation of the purchase. Here's what those emails look like:

Other Online Store Notifications

The only other notification a client will receive about their Online Store order (aside from their purchase receipt) is a Ready for pick-up notification, provided you offer in-store pick-up with your orders. You can find more information on in-store pick-up here.

No notifications are sent to clients after their order status is changed to Complete.
