Viewing the Dashboard
To view the Source of New Clients dashboard, go to Manager > Reports, then expand on Clients Reports under the Insights tab and select Source of New Clients.
Using the Dashboard
Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to set the Purchase Date, and then click the Reload button to update the dashboard.
After the dashboard reloads, you'll see a pie chart showing new client sources for the selected date range, followed by a table detailing the number of new clients and revenue from each source.
You can remove sources from the pie chart by single-clicking on a source. This can be useful, particularly if you want to exclude any clients with no source. When a source is excluded, the % total allocated to each remaining source will automatically be recalculated to exclude the removed source.
Drilling Into the Data
Drill into each source by clicking on the datapoints for a detailed list of clients, including their name, first visit date, last visit date, number of visits, and total spend information.
Assigning a Source to a Client
Sources can be assigned to a client within their client profile by updating the Where did they hear of us field.
