How do I add photos to a client's appointment? (PhorestGo Portfolio)

This article will show you how you can capture appointment photos, store them in the PhorestGo Portfolio, and share them on your preferred social media platform.

Adding a Client Appointment Photo

To add a client appointment photo, start by tapping on the appointment.

Next, scroll down and tap Add Photos, then choose Open Camera to take a new photo or Upload Image to upload an image from your device.

Permission to Share Online

After adding a photo, you'll be prompted to confirm whether the client has given permission for it to be shared online. It is important to get your client's permission.

This prompt appears only after adding a photo, with permissions applying to all photos in that appointment. Changing permissions later updates sharing for all photos in that appointment. Photos in different appointments for the same client can have different permissions.

If you choose Yes, sharing is allowed; a Share button will be displayed when viewing the image. If you choose No, this button will not be displayed for that image.

Viewing and Editing the Photo

After you've added your images, they are attached to that appointment. Tap the image to view it. From there, you can change the before/after image tag, share the image, delete it, or use the editor to enhance it.
