Enabling the Prompt
Go to Manager > Settings
Click on Point of Sale and Prompts. Toggle the button to Yes and click Save
How Does it Work
If the client's birthday falls within the last 7 days, today, or the next 7 days, you will see a prompt on the appointment details menu to remind you.
Note: This will only work for clients provided you have their date of birthday populated under the Birthday field in their Client Card.
