How do I create a multi-person Package for group bookings?

This article will show you how to create a Package for multiple clients/guests, which can be used to sell couples packages, 2 for 1 offers etc.

Go to Manager > Services > Packages Add.

Add the relevant Service(s) to your package, as you would when creating a Package. You only need to add each service once, and not multiple times.

Note: When creating your Package, it is recommended to mention how many people are included in the Package Name (e.g. 'Brow Tint for Two', 'Couples Massage'..).

Once you've added services to your package, click the Advanced tab, then update the Number of Persons in Package to the number of clients you would like to be included in this package each time it's booked.

Whenever this package is booked, Phorest will automatically ensure that there are this many clients included in the booking.

Making a Booking In-House

When you are booking the Package in Phorest, you'll see a notification to tell you how many clients will be booked.

When creating the appointment for the additional person(s) you will receive a prompt to say your staff member will be double booked. Click Yes to continue with the booking, and you can then move the appointment(s) into another staff member's column.

There are two ways to move the additional person(s) to another staff member's column.

You can click the Staff name in the booking and choose another staff:

Or, you can finish making the booking then click and drag the appointment into another staff column.

You can update the additional Person(s) details in the booking by double-clicking on the additional person(s) appointment > detete the Person details at the top of the screen and add the correct information > click Update.


Booking the Package Online

When a client books the Package online, they will see how many people are included in the Package on the booking confirmation screen:

You can update the additional Person(s) details in the booking by double-clicking on the additional person(s) appointment > detete the Person details at the top of the screen and add the correct information > click Update.
