How do I change the policies and T&C's on my Online Store?

This article shows how to customize your Company Information, Terms & Conditions, Returns & Shipping policies, and Data Privacy Policy that are displayed on your Online Store.

Editing your Policies

To begin customizing your Online Store policies, go to Manager > Online Store.

Open the Settings tab: Policies section.

Scroll down on this screen to edit your:

  • Company information
  • Terms and conditions
  • Shipping policy
  • Returns policy
  • Privacy policy

None of the policy fields can be left blank. If you delete the information in any of these fields and then click Save, a default policy will be added.


Where Can my Clients See my Policies?

Updating each policy will result in the information on each page linked at the bottom of your Online Store page being updated respectively.

Your Shipping policy can be found on the Returns Policy page, along with your Returns policy.
