How can I generate a Quote for a client?

This guide will show you how to create quotes for services and products.

Generating a Quote

To generate a quote, go to the Purchase screen > search for and select the client > choose the staff member > Add the items to the sale > Generate quote.

You will then be prompted to either Print the quote, send it to the client's email, or store the quote in their profile.

You cannot choose the email option for a walk-in client or a client who does not have an email address on their client card.

Open a client's profile, then go to the Quotes section to see a history of their quotes.

Here, you can view a list of all previous quotes, including details like the date they were created, the name of the staff member who created the quote, and more.

You can also print, email, or delete any quote from this page.


Updating the Quote Disclaimer

To update the disclaimer for your quotes, go to Manager > Settings > Client Setup, update the Generate quote disclaimer section, then click Save.

Currently, quote disclaimers are shown only on printed quotes.
