This article will show you how you can add a logo to your Online Gift Cards, as well as change the color to match your own branding.
Adding a Logo
To add a logo, go to Manager > Settings > Online > Gift Card/Voucher Sales.
Next, under Layout in display, click the With logo option, then click Save to finish.
Your logo will now appear on your Online Gift Cards page and in the email your clients receive after purchasing an Online Gift Card.
This logo may also be used in some of your email communications, like appointment Confirmations and Reminders. Click here for more information on where else the logo appears.
How do I Change the Image?
The image for the logo is pulled from your Welcome Email. To change it, go to Marketing > Welcome Email and click on the logo at the top of the screen.
Images in a rectangle format are better suited, as opposed to images in a square format.
You will need to restart Phorest after changing the image in order for it to appear on your Online Gift Card.
Changing the Color
Go to Manager > Settings > Online Booking.
The color can be updated using the Brand color setting.
This will also update the brand color on your Online Booking page and within your Salon Branded App if you have one.
