Logging a Support Ticket in Phorest
To log a ticket to Phorest Support, open Phorest and click Support > Contact us.
Next, you can ask Kev, the AI assistant, a question and get an instant response.
If Kev AI can’t find an answer or if the response isn't what you were looking for, you can select Talk to a person to start a live conversation with a Phorest Support expert.
When logging a ticket, please provide detailed information to help speed up resolution. Include client details, appointment, or sale dates if relevant.
