This article shows how to view each of your own or your staff members' goals and track their progress.
This feature is exclusive to certain Phorest subscription packages. If this feature is not available on your current package, you will see an Upgrade Required message on the feature in Phorest Go, which you can tap to your interest in upgrading.

Viewing Goal Progress
You can track your own goals or your staff members' goals in PhorestGo by going to My Performance > My Goals.
You can see current Active goals, Upcoming goals that haven't started yet, and Completed goals.
If you are managing a team, you can use the Manager View to select a staff member from the drop-down menu and view their progress toward their goals.
Access Required
To see the Manager View, you will need to have access to Phorest Go > Staff Performance > Manager View. If you don't have access, you will only see the Staff View. To learn more about updating your access settings, check out this guide.

Viewing Goal Progress on Phorest Desktop
To view a table with details about Active, Completed, and Upcoming goals on Phorest Desktop, go to Manager > Reports > Staff Reports > Staff Goals. The dashboard filters let you view goals within specific start and end dates, for specific staff members, or by a particular goal name.
You can also export the report by downloading it, or set it up to be emailed to you and your team regularly. Click here to learn more about scheduling reports by email.
Goal Forecasting
The forecasted result helps staff see what they need to achieve each day or hour to reach their goal, based on their remaining rostered hours. It breaks big goals into smaller, manageable targets and updates in real time as progress is made.
Forecasting is available for active goals that are six days or longer and will appear after two full days of data have been collected. It works for Service Sales, Retail Sales, and Client Visits, and gives staff a clear view of what’s needed to hit 90%, 100%, 110%, or 120% of their goal.
Multiple Locations in Phorest
