In this article, you'll learn how to hide staff members from your Roster who don't appear in the calendar.
You can hide staff members from your Staff Roster by going to Manager > Staff Rosters and checking the box at the top of your screen labelled Hide staff not shown on calendar.
This setting is 'remembered', so you don’t have to check or uncheck it each time you return to the Staff Roster screen.
This checkbox works alongside each staff member's Show on Calendar setting. Once checked, Phorest hides anyone from your Roster whose Show on Calendar setting is off.
Adjusting the 'Show on Calendar' Setting
You can turn this setting on or off for each staff member individually. Go to Manager > Staff, select a staff member > Settings, then turn on Show on Calendar.
