Why can't my client book their course/series session?

This article shows why a client may not be able to book a course/series session in Phorest.

Go to Clients > Search for and open the client card.

Open the Courses/Series section where you can view a list of courses/series that are assigned to this client:


No Sessions Remaining

To view more details such as the remaining sessions left in a course/series, open one of them.

If the Remaining Units is 0, open the History tab to view the appointments that were used during the course/series session. No show appointments will still use up a course/series session, so if the client had a No Show in the past then you can manually adjust the number of remaining sessions on their course/series.


Expired Courses

Expired courses are displayed as greyed out and strikethrough.

Open the course/series to check the Expiry Date.

To reactivate the course/series for the client again, click the calendar icon to change it.
