This article shows you how to change the setting to make tax/VAT inclusive or exclusive in the numbers reported in the Staff Performance & Goals areas of PhorestGo.
Note: It is not currently possible to change this setting if you are in the US or Canada.
On the Desktop version of Phorest, go to Manager > Settings > Phorest Go.
Change the setting under Include Tax/VAT, then click Save.
Changing this setting while goals are in progress will automatically update the goal's current stats.
