This article will show you how you can exclude the cost of service from the My Numbers section of My Performance on PhorestGo.
This feature is not included in the Starter package in the United States or Canada. If you are interested in upgrading your package, click here to get in touch with your Salon Success Manager.
Open Phorest on a computer, and go to Manager > Settings > Phorest Go.
Change the Include service cost setting to Yes > Click Save.
While this is set to Yes, service costs will be deducted from staff service sales numbers.
For example, a 100 service sale where the cost price is 20 would look like this:
