Using our demo salon Alter Ego Salon as an example, whose email address is ronan@alterego.com, emails will look like this:
- The From field is alter-ego-salon@phorest.com
- When a client replies to the email, it will automatically go to ronan@alterego.com
On February 2023, the From email address was changed to appear as your-branch-name@phorest.com instead of hello@phorest.com.
Best Practice
It is recommended to include your salon name in the subject line for all of your emails.
This way, clients will always know it's from you.
