How do I add custom text to a receipt?

This article will show you how you can add your own custom text to the top and/or bottom of your receipts.

Note: Custom text can only be added to your physical paper receipts. The information in your email receipts is hardcoded and cannot be edited, except for the logo which you can change under Marketing > Facebook > Salon Logo.

Go to Manager > Settings > Point of Sale.

Enter any custom text you would like to appear on your receipt in either the Custom Message Top and/or Custom Message Bottom sections, then click Save to finish.

After you click save, restart Phorest and that's it! The next time you print out a receipt it should have the custom text you have just entered!
