This article will guide you on how to give your team access to Phorest Chat so they can send messages through Two-Way SMS and/or WhatsApp, depending on which channels are enabled in your Phorest system.
Feature Availability
This feature is available in North America, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Australia. If you do not currently have the feature and are interested in getting it, please contact your Success Manager.

Granting Staff Access to Phorest Chat
To grant access, go to Manager > Access, select the Access Level(s) from the dropdown, enable the Chat permission under Phorest Go (Mobile), and then click Save.
This also enables access to Chat on a computer. It is not currently possible to control these permissions separately.
Staff with this access level will now see Chats in their PhorestGo menu, as well as the Chat option in Phorest desktop.
