What fees do I pay when using In-House Deposits with PhorestPay?

This feature is available to businesses using PhorestPay through Stripe.

  • In-House Deposits with a deposit total of up to and incl. €50 will include a total transaction fee of €0.80 + VAT
  • In-House Deposits with a deposit total of over €50 will include a total transaction fee of 1.2% + €0.20 + VAT.

In-House Deposit transactions are subject to a 1.75% + $0.10c processing fee.

All fees will be deducted before the payout is deposited in your bank account.

You will receive an invoice on the 7th of each month, which will specify your total fees + VAT/GST for the previous month. You can access these invoices in your Phorest system by going to Manager > PhorestPay > View Invoices.

You can also go to Manager > PhorestPay and click the Download CSV button beside a payout to get a transactional breakdown of the payouts and the fees involved. Check out this guide for more information.
