This article will show you how to edit the Initial and Follow-Up Client Reconnect email and SMS templates for each of your service categories.
Go to Marketing > Client Reconnect, and click the Templates button.
Use the Categories dropdown menu to choose which Service Category you would like to edit the templates for.
Use the tabs at the top of the screen to edit the Initial SMS, Follow Up SMS, Initial Email, and Follow Up Email templates for this service category, then click the Save button to finish.
